Will 2 hours at the gym 5 times a week help me lose weight?

Now i'm not going to fool myself, i'm fat, around 210 and 5 foot 5 inches and 16.
I do eat a bit indeed, I usually stay the same weight with + or - 4-5 pounds.
I lost 40 pounds in around 2 months last summer riding my bike 45 minutes a day, gained back 20/40.
So at the gym I walk 2.5 miles at 3.0mph on a 5.0 incline and do a rotation on the machines at a weight I can handle about 20 reps per machine. I feel great after going to the gym, Im trying to watch what I eat, trying hard to walk more and such.

I really started losing weight because I want to get a girlfriend and feel better about myself and just overall be more healthy. Do you think ill lose weight this way? or is there anything else I should do?
