Will 1040.prl work in every market?

I guys I was just wondering if the 1040.prl will work in every market, even new markets that just open up? I have been reading about these different prl's lately so I was just wondering.
 
PRL's will work with all currently operating Local markets. That PRL will not do roaming as you probably know. When new market's open the PRL will update to include those new markets (Texas markets.)
 
Get the 55.00 or 60.00 plan and it will give you 5541 which if i remeraber is roaming. You have to have a roaming plan anyway so it would be easier to just upgrade and then get the PRL without the hastle.
 
Cricket PRL version 01040 works in all current markets, including the recently launched Charleston, SC, RDH/Burlington, NC, and Rochester, NY. It will also work in the remaining NC/SC markets (acquired from Urban Comm) that have not yet launched (such as Greenville, NC, Rocky Mount, NC, Asheville, NC, Florence, SC, and Myrtle Beach, SC). It may or may not work in the Del Rio/Eagle Pass, TX market that's about to launch. Don't know which SID they'll be using there.
