Wil the RAF be cutting recruitment because of the current financial climate?

I am currently going through selection for the RAF and have heard a from a Major in the army, that the army are cutting recruitment to meet their new budget, and i was just wondering if this is the same for the RAF or if it is just the armies solution to the budget restraints!
