K well my boyfriend has gotten locked up again for theft because my sister called the cops and put it on him and is pressing charges.he has been in trouble before but not anything like this.hes been arrested for fighting and missing curfue a couple times while he was on probation.he was still on probation when he got arrested.theyre now telling him that he could be in there for 1 to 3 years.hes 16 and we live in texas.if my sister drops the charges will that lessen his jail time??
My sister thinks it was him who stole from her but hes trying to cover up for his cousin because if his cousin gets charged with this too it'll be a felony so he wont admit to it.when the cops came they found reason to believe it was him and asked if she would like to press charges and she said yes.Im pregnant and things pretty much suck already but having to raise a child by myself for even a year..well i cant even bear the thought.I just want to figure out somthing i can do to get him out of there.I know he would never steel from my family..Thank you SOOO much for all your answer
The value of the stuff stolen was probably a couple hundred and it was all returned to her the same night no damages.his lawyer is the one telling him this so i guess hes obviously and idiot.i know hes an idiot and i do need to drop him but im not doing this for me or for him im doing it for my child.Do you have like an estimated time you think hell be im there if he is found guilty?
