Wii cant pass the connection test for internet. 10 points.?

I have had a wii since june 10th and still cannot get internet. We have wireless and when i go to wii options and i find a signal but it never can pass the connection test. Yesterday I called the wii support number and it gave me nothing. And allso went under there sight and still nothing.


So should i go to bestbuy and ask them or what?
