2 3rd partys make them. They were more expensive (39.95 and 59.95) than the Nintendo ones and they sold out about as fast as everything else.

I've got component cables that I ordered on the 15th IIRC. I should have ordered 5 if I knew there was going to be a shortage. I would have sold them for retail + shipping to nice OTers.
