Ut a melior locus

Hi there,
i am a student looking for a phone with good voice quality for Cingular.
THe auxillary requirements are wifi- skype capability,
If anyone wants to offer a reliable used phone, i am willing,
But I would prefer recommendations of a good store from the lot, i cant buy contract phone due to att old plan. ( pm please)
Hence need to buy no-contract extra $ phones.
I have seen the xda neo/ qtek s200 and the qtek 2100 but both have 200 mhz proc which have lag with skype on wifi.
Also, for security and WEP/ SKA wifi security,i will probably need b/g!
any suggestions?
