WiFi Problems With Sony Ericsson W995?

My friend has recently downloaded the updated software for his Sony Ericsson W995.
But the WiFi now cuts out ('Communication error. Try again, turn off WiFi or contact your provider for support'|). The most intresting thing is that there is another W995 in the house with no such problems.
 
Have you tried the older firmware? If not do it!
Not possible? Try putting the new firmware again.
