I have a t-mobile WI-FI phone. When I make calls from anywhere that has a wireless router, it does not charge any minutes to my phone at all. I am looking into getting a verizon phone, If i get a verizon wi-fi phone would this also apply. I need to have a phone that will have a signal in remote areas. i am in a remote area right now, So I depend on my wifi from home which is not a problem, but the issue is when I am out -some of the areas i visit has no t-mobile towers so i cannot make calls. I know verizon has lots of towers and when my contract is up with t-mobile I would look into getting a verizon phone- But only if it has free wi-fi like my t-mobile does, Anyone have any idea,? I use my phone at home a lot- I do not have a home phone-- when i use it from home- I do not get charged minutes-same applies when I am in a wifi hot spot or at anyones house that has wireless internet, So i need a verizon that that will do this also.
