Circumstances beyond my control led me to leave the country to sort out visa issues. My wife is the pertitioner in the case, it is a marriage spouce type visa. Apparanly the visa issuing was delayed. So i have been out of the country 9 months now. The relationship was okay at first, she even visited me, but she has never stopped getting in my e-mails and checking all activities and who and why I get certain mails. it happened that I stated checking hers also, and the reason was because she started negrecting a lot of things we had agreed she will do during my stay away. I was supposed to get money from my account every week,and she would send it to me, so she stopped that as well. During my checking e-mails and phone bills and the like, I found out that she had over spent the joint account to a negative, She has a pay day loan of over $3000, the phone bill was getting to be over a $1000, a joint account was in the negetive with an overdraft obligation of $1200. I confronted her about that, but instead of resolving the issues, she stopped answering her e-mails phone calls etc. She has all my property and bank information, cars, and other important documents under her care. I have tried to ask what she wants done, but she responded that she is cutting all communication with me. I am not certain what will happen with the visa pertion, and so I am stuck. I am about to loose my house she is not sending money even though it is reflecting collected and all this is due to her broken promises, and many more. Please help.
