Wierd stomach pains because of bad news?

so about two weeks ago my gf confessed that she cheated, right when i found out i got this stomach pain and it hasnt gone away and we still havent resolved the whole issue, are the two related or is it in my head? and i also feel like puking no matter what i eat or how much of it i eat, and the pain is constant
