I'll make this as short as I can. (I'm a girl by the way and My former bestfiend whom Ive know for 7 years a long time and we got into a fight that was overall my fault. I had lied to her about something personal that was going on in my life, it had nothing to do with her but a lie is a lie. I did everything to get us to be friends again i apologized a million times even bought her chocolate, but she seemed hurt and refused to talk about it. She said its not that big of a loss since I have a lot off friends . And she has a great life anyway. (She seemed to always get mad that I had other friends) Everytime I tried to talk she told me to let it go and that it wasnt my fault, she'd get very uncomfortable and walk away
But for 2 months she avoided me and treated me horribly, I finally decide to move on with my life realizing she didn't want to be friends . I Didnt want to come off as needy so I decided to move on and we completely ignored and avoided each other from those days on.
About 3 weeks ago I decided to be mature and at least say hi to her when I saw her and smile, she smiled back "shes said she thought I was mad at her". Ever since that momment I see her at the gym were I work. I work on thursdays and fridays 6am to 12pm and every time I work i see her and she smiles at me, IVe noticed she only works out on those two days, since i have to keep record its been going on for 3 weeks. She seems to be constantly trying to get my attention she says things and does things to get me to notice her, she works out right next to my desk. It was Quite weird actually . And from the side of my eye I can see her staring at me while she works out and when I look back at her she looks away and starts working out harder.(Some of the coworkers who knew we were best friends noticed her weird behavior to.)I was a little incomfortable. She has a boyfriend so i dont thinks shes gay. HOwever she was jokeingly flirty to girls a lot. She makes it extreemly obvious she wanted to talk to me or wanted me to talk to her but is stubborn and prideful to make the first move. She also likes to keeps her emotons inside.
BEING THE DUMMY I am, 2 days ago I decided to text her and see if she wanted to be friends again. she told me to just let it go that it wasnt my fault and I that I dwell on folish **** and that she was being polite. the converstionn led to angry words.I am done with this girl! BUt i'm wondering Was she just playing with me? And trying to hurt me again ? I'm so confused.
