wierd cloudyness in my 10 gallon fish tank, please help?

i have had a ten gallon tank for a few days and waaited like i was supposed to to see if the ph levels were good enough, even though the water was a wierd greenish cloudy color, i took it in to get tested at petsmart. all off the levels were perfectly normal but the water is still cloudy, i bought and used a couple different things to try to clear the water but its not working. though i dont know how long it usually takes to clear the water, meanwhile i have 5 fish in the tank that look perfectly healthy and happy in there, when i can see them.

if you could help me out with what to do if you know, that would be awesome!

i dont know what cycle your tank is?
