Wich martial art should I take ?

Im 16, 5ft8 weigh about 9 and half stone, quite fit. like's to run around alot. I want to learn self defence, get a hard kick and punch, have good balance, stamina, be quite strong, in durance and speed whilst kicking and punching and be good on the ground, what do you think will be good for me ? I was thinking Bjj because there is quite a good school near me and kickboxing ? since there both quite different i wouldn't get my moves mixed up and Bjj is only once a week. but will i learn all the stuff i want to in these martial arts will you explain in detail what i will be learning as a beginner in both off these and what difference will i see in the first few month like toning and getting bigger, arms, legs etc if you no what i mean :/? oh i want to be able to tone up as well :) thanks for all your answers in advance :) x
 
Choose the one that interest you the most.

I think you are fit in Taekwondo. In Taekwondo you can learn self defence, could punch and kick intresting of all sparring), balance is also first step towards succesful kicks.

but choice is in your hands.
