Wi-Fi Locations

Is there a program that gives actual LOCATIONS of Wi-Fi Spots. In other words, it doesn't just scan the area and see if there is an available Wi-Fi connection ......it can tell you an address where there is Wi-Fi available (such as Borders, StarBucks, etc...). It would also probably have to update itself.
