Whys my car making noises?

I have a 54 plate Vauxhall Zafira, the brakes have always been a bit squeaky but now after driving for about 15-20 minutes, the squeak now comes on as i'm driving. What do you think it is? Are we talking expensive?
 
This is brake dust my friend from the actual brake pads themselves, taking the pads out and apply a this cover of copper grease should correct this, also check the brake pads for wear at the same time and replace if needed
 
change your brakes, it should fix it. brakes cost like 40 bucks and around 30 to get them installed but the price really depends on the quality of the brakes and the mechanics.
 
Could be a number of reasons. I assume the brake pads are good. First off, buy yourself a spray can of brake pad cleaner, and give the pads and discs a good clean. If that doesn't work, it could be that the calipers are sticking, and that means a trip to the mechanic.
 
might be dirt in the pads or worse the cylinders are sticking jack wheels off the ground and see if wheels spin freely if not get it into garage!
