C Chris New member Jul 6, 2009 #1 i got arrested at party i got charged with internal possesion of alcohol and resisting arrest. the cop didnt tell me to take a breathalyzer test. he told me to plead not guilty in court why would he do this?

S Swampa New member Jul 6, 2009 #3 he just wanted you out of the party and he didnt really want to get you in trouble. thats why he didnt give you the test no evidence = no case
