I have been putting all of my student loans into Qucken...somehow from them receiving my student loan (subsidized and unsubsidized FAFSA) to posting it to my account, they have shorted me $163.00. I know it isn't a lot, but it is when you're a poor student who is paying interest on that money. No one at my school can give my an answer, and all of my fees are posted with them. Is there anything I can do to find out if they are stealing money from students? $163 x 1000 students adds up fast!
