Why would my 37 in. Sanyo Flat Screen be blue on one side???? Please help!?

I bought my Sanyo almost 2 years ago and one side of the screen is blue.
You can still see the picture, but it's almost like one side has lost it's tint and turned blue.
I really can't afford a new TV right now and would appreciate any help you guys could offer!
