1.8l 4g93 engine.... with a f4a22 transmission (automatic) the car has three forward with overdrive totalling 4 gears...hit a rock and replaced transmission with same model in perfect working order im assuming i am having an electrical issue...what sensors etc would cause it not to shift to OD...i also checked all wiring and they are all solid....also transmission has delayed shifts in gears and 3rd will not engage unless i let off gas then wait to shift and then continue accelerating.
overdrive worked fine before i hit rock and damaged previous transmission.
any help is appreciated.
