Why would my 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood be bogging down?

I have a 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood with the 350 LT-1. For awhile I've known it gets stuck in 3rd and won't shift back down. That doesn't bother me too much. But the past 2 weeks it has been running really bad. At any random point while driving I can step on the throttle and it sputters and bucks with almost no power. Then, the power just kicks back in and the car drives as it normally would. This can happen from a dead stop, at any point while driving, or when I'm just barley on the throttle it starts bucking.

This generation Fleetwood has on board diagnostics. So I got in and checked the troubles codes it is giving.

00-44 ....................... Left oxygen sensor under voltages (closed loop operation)

00-84 ......................................... Transmission 3-2 shift solenoid problem

01-43 ................................. Key resistor circuit open or shorted to battery

01-44 ......................... Steering wheel sensor circuit open or shorted to ground

02-26 .................................. Serial Data Communication error (shorted/open)

04-62 .......................................................... RPM Signal Malfunction

04-72 ................................................... Serial data line malfunction

If anyone could has experience with these cars and could tell me what code could be leading to the problem that would be great. The codes I'm most worried about are 44, 84, and 04-62.

If anyone would like me to give more info let me know. I appreciate any and all help

Dont go by this im just saying something that would get your mid going. By the way the engin is acting and if you had to pick 1 from the list i would start with 00-44 because if the engine isnt getting enough air it wont run right. Fire needs air to burn.
