Why would he delete me from face book (dont judge me)?

We were friends and met there. He was engaged to someone, and it kinda of happened.We talked and clicked.We'd sit on the phone hours and laugh and get along great .We meet up then a kiss and serious touching occurred(no sex). LAter we still were cool and talked.We decided we just stay friends and it'd be okay.Then today (a week later) Im deleted from his Facebook. WHy?
