Why? I've been a very loyal customer for 7 + years now. I'm part of their VIP thing and I wanted to use my coupon today to get $40 off my purchase of Air Force Ones, which the price has really sky rocketed rapidly. The guy wouldn't let me try on the shoes. He was being rude and an @sshole about it.
