President Bama's prior $750 billion failed, the economy has worsened.

Additional international pressures such as the Euro crisis are worsening the impact to our economy.

Why would anyone ostensibly as sophisticated as US President believe using less bug spray would be more effective when the bad economic infestation has only worsened.

What a child he is.
 
I think his other one was $878 billion and he himself said afterwards, "shovel ready, not as shovel ready as we thought" "*chuckle*"
