Alright so I go to multiple websites including At&t, T-mobile and Alltel. At&t requires you to have an account to do anything. How am I supposed to do anything if I am just wanting to find rate plans and possibly sign up? I click anything and it pops up "Sign in with your current plan " T-mobile has online help, I just wanted some basic service info. It has an option you can click to say you are not a current T-mobile customer. Then up comes a box that asks you for your T-mobile number, and last four of your ssn. Alltel is a little more explore-able than the others but they are going out of service quite soon. What makes wireless companies so incompetent? Am I going to a wrong to old websites or member only sites?
Why would any cell phone company be this difficult? Wireless company rep preferred.?
