...Some Light On This One Plz!? He is always calling and saying how much he loves her, but gives empty promises about them hooking up. There is no relationship between them other than friends. He claims he has no one in his life, and she has no one in her life. They use to be lovers years ago. For the last two years he has been calling and saying he is coming over, or make plans to go out on a date, but he never shows up or call to cancel. Then after two weeks, he's back to playing games again. I want to know why is he doing this?
