There's a girl I've known for a long time, but never very personally. We overlap in some of the same social groups, but have only hung out together very occasionally, never really one on one. Recently, I heard she was living in the same town as me, so I tried calling her. Her phone was off, so I texted suggesting we hang out and never heard back. Over a month later, she texted me out of the blue, asking if I was still in town. I told her I was, but never heard back. I tried calling her two days later and then texted her later but never heard back. At this point I'm just confused why she would initiate a conversation in the first place only to blow me off? Any insight?
