Why would 2005 Buick has excessive fog on windows? Headlights have condensation inside?

We bought a used 2005 Buick Century a month ago. From the get go I noticed that the windows are always fogging up. It doesn't fog up that much with our other two cards. Then, when we put on the defroster it takes forever to get the fog away.

Any idea why this car would have this problem. It is way over the ordinary.

Also, I noticed that the headlights are constantly have condensation in them.
