why wont windows media and my computer pick up on mp3 when i put it in the computer?
For christmas i got COBY MP3 touchscreen music player and when i went to go put music on i plugged in the usb cord it came with to the computer, the device little sign down in the right hand side of the screen came up and said the device has been found and a little bit after it said it was installed so when i went to sync music into my new mp3 player windows media said it couldnt find the device. so i put in my much older mp3 player and it worked perfectly. i read the manual and said i did everything right but i still wasnt getting the device found on WMP i tried screwing around with setting and all that and noth changed still. is it something wrong with my computer or mp3 player?
it did not come with a CD every one has been saying mabe theres a cd but i have everything in the manual
