Why won't Vuze upload torrents back to torrentleech?

I am having no problems downloading, however, when I upload it says seeding yet when I check the website it says that I have not uploaded back anything. What could be wrong, I have searched everywhere with no luck.
Same problems with Utorrent

Use utorrent, utrorrent is best.
