so i got cydia and when i download themes not all the features show up, for example the dial pad was suppose to be a hello kitty themer, and the texting bubbles were supposed to change colors, and the battery icon was suppose to change but only my background and icons were changed. whats happening? i also downloaded sms tone but that didnt even show up in the sound settings.
