Why won't the mobile IM on my Huawei m750 anymore?

I have the huawei m750 from metropcs and the instant messenger wont work on it anymore.. I have tried resetting it and removing it and downloading it again but it still won't work. It just says "Signing In..." then after a while it will say "No response from IM server. Select OK to try again or Exit." but if I try again it does the same thing.
