I've had my Blackberry Storm for almost 2 yrs now. I am not eligible for an upgrade until this upcoming December, which is still a little ways away. The red "end" button or the button to turn off the phone will not work. I cannot end a phone conversation, so if no one answers, the only way to end the call is to remove the battery. The "back" button with the curved arrow does not work either, so if I go to my applications or something that does not have "close" listed when you press the Blackberry button, I have to take out the battery to restart it just to get to the home screen. The green button and the Blackberry button with the dots still work, but not the other two. What gives?
