The third brake light, the one in the rear window, does work properly. The fuses are all OK. When I hit the turn signal, it flashes regular speed on the dash once, then flashes rapidly. The front turn signal light works properly. The problem began with the left turn signal, followed by the right turn signal a week later. The brake lights do not come on when the pedal is pushed, except for the one in the rear window, which still works properly.
