Right side works, left side doesn't. Same bulb works on right, not on left. Measured voltage at the connector is the same on both left and right sides, 11.75v engine off, 13.4 with engine running. Testing the voltage by running a wire from the connector also measures accurate voltage, but touching the bulb connectors to the wire doesn't light. So far, all tests appears to be successful on each side, except the bulb simply won't light on the left. Btw, multiple bulbs all present the same results. I am totally lost here, any thoughts?
