Why won't repo666.ultrasn0w.com unlock my phone in cydia? (3G, 3.1.2 firm)?

It will not unlock it... My tmobile sim is in and it just says searching.. Over and over. Ultrasnow is installed in cydia and everything. Please help!
 
I am not sure about Cydia or Ultrasn0w as I have never used them. If you want to unlock your iPhone, I would suggest you with remote unlocking service.
