Why won't photos upload to an existing photo album?

I also have been unable to upload photos to an existing album, and I've tried everything I know how. I wrote to technical support, and received a form letter telling me that the issue would be addressed in the next 24 hours. I can't even utilize the basic upload. Evening-midnight on 09/16-17/09
