I recently reloaded my computer and now the chat will not activate. If I try to send a text message a notice will pop up saying "please connect to chat first" If I select "connect now" it still will not sign me in. I have tried going to the pop-down menu and selecting "available" but even that will not connect me. It is not my carrier because it will work on two other systems but not the new one. I believe it to be one of the settings but do not know which. Does anyone know how to solve this? Please and Thank you!
