i have an hp wireless mouse (product # FX287AA) had it for a year now.for some reason i cant get it to connect to the usb receiver. i insert the usb and push the connect button on the mouse and a red light comes on,which i assume means searching.then the light goes off and it doesnt work.ive replaced the batteries with fresh ones. the weird thing is that it was working fine earlier.
