I want to download some music from iTunes and put it on my phone so I use the USB cord and plug it in between my phone and my computer. The problem was that all that would happen was it would charge my phone.I know how to transfer music to my phone and do the whole thing because I've done it before and it worked. The usual black screen with the android robot and asking me something about my USB I don't quite remember never came up as it did when I successfully transferred. I'm thinking that it has something to do with my settings and I've looked and found nothing, I need help.
