Why wont my sound work with flash players or youtube but it works with itunes

and divx player ? PLEASE HELP? My speakers work perfectly fine but i just finished watching a movie using the DIVX web player and i tried to go to youtube and the sound isn't working on youtube or flash video players ( it works on itunes though) I have never had this problem in fact i was on youtube earlier today
How can i fix this??
