Why won't my Sim3 game work/play?

I brought the sim3 game. The problem is it takes forever to load and than takes forever for me to play it.
It doesn't really let me play, its like it freezes.
Anyone know how to fix it?
 
ur video card and/or RAM not good enough to run the game.upgrade.

if u need more info just edit or email me ,coz u did not mention ur PC specs. so we need that to tell u exactly what the problem is.
