why wont my side marker and parking light work on my 95 jeep wrangler?

my inspections up this month, so i need it fixed or im going to be driving over my inspection, i got a new socket for the marker, put it in, and still the same problem, it blinks, but wont stay solid, the driver parking light would stay solid but wouldnt blink, but now it wont work at all, new bulbs in them aswell, all other lights are working, i cant get the parking light socket till march sometime, which by the looks of things im just going to have to wait, any suggestions as to what could be the problem, 95 jeep, 2.5, auto, i dont know if this means anything but around the time my marker light went my seat belt buzzer started working again, and i have to crank my jeep to start it, ive replaced quite literally everything that would cause it, except the ignition its self, and it still cranks a few secs before starting
