I've never had problems with this phone for the week or two I've had it, but I recently went to a friends house and the area is a bit of a dead zone for AT&T. I've reset the phone, checked all the settings and it still won't connect. In the top left corner there is a page with a lock in front of it. That's obviously my phone telling me there's something wrong, but I'm not sure what. My phone even tries to reset itself after awhile. What should I do?
