I only got this phone two months ago and I have taken extra good care of it. Just tonight, all of a sudden, I took my phone off silent and none of the external sound works; the ringer, the alarms, the email and text notifcations, and even the speakerphone do not work. I was just playing music out of the phone earlier today, so I have no idea what may have happened. Could anybody help me because my phone is my alarm to wake up every morning so I kind of need the sound to work, and the service office is closed and apparently the live chat feature on the Samsung website is experiencing "high traffic" so none of the representatives are available.
