why wont my radio and clock turn off in my car. Chevy 2001?

I turned my car off and took key out the ignition. and radio and clock wont go off.. I checked to make sure nothing else was running with the key out and its just the radio and clock that is.. You can hear it sounds like a cd tryin to change. Hmm shut the door and it went off the first time. now its doing the same things again?
