I just bought a new Prepaid credit card yesterday from the grocery store, and on the instructions it says to go to www.mybalance.ca to go online and register it for use. But everytime i try to log on it says there is no account ( and the only way to register is to go onto the login screen and its supposed to send you to a register screen -_- ) and then last night it said that my account is now locked and i waited 24 hours and it still hasnt unlocked D: Can someone please help ?
