Why won't my pioneer car stereo power on in my 04 dodge neon?

my pioneer car stereo was working fine after I installed it 2 weeks ago until all of a sudden it wouldn't power on.. I checked all the wires and they are all connected and it doesn't look like the fuse is blown.
