I have Photoshop Elements 8.0 and it comes with an organizer. But for some reason it won't load. This is what ALWAYS pops up: "DirectX is installed. But it is unable to initialze......... Something about try to reboot your system and reload organizer."
Anywho, I've done this numerous times. Nothing works. Help??
