i've had this phone for 3-4 months and whenever i go to charge my phone, it turns on and shows full battery.since it doesn't seem to be charging, i turn it off but keep it plugged in. then within seconds it turning back on.but then when i unplug my phone and it dies. do i need a new charger or battery?
